Online e-voting for Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Award (NHEA) 2019 has commenced with over 110 nominees. The exercise which began on June 11, will end by 12 midnight on June 19. The theme for the sixth edition is ‘Bringing standard to Nigeria healthcare’. According to Moses Braimah, NHEA Director of Communication, Marketing & Strategy, the nominees were selected by the NHEA jury for e-voting after over 6,000 nominations were received. Winners for each category will be announced at a ceremony in Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos on June 21.
says, “The over 300% increase in nominations received this year compared to 2018 edition has broken all previous records. It once again shows increased acceptability and confidence of stakeholders in our processes.”
“The NHEA Jury wants everyone to visit our website and vote for any nominee of their choice.” Braimah added. NHEA, the Oscar of Nigeria healthcare is supported by PharmAccess Foundation and organized by Global Health Project and Resources (GHPR) in collaboration with Anadach Group, USA.
